I stayed at this hotel 24 days while I was in Vietnam and I don't regret one day of it. It was my birthday during our visit (which they saw from my passport info) and had flowers and wine upon arrival along with a warm hug!

I had a massage and facial here which was outstanding. It was done on property in a private spa room.

Each morning breakfast was ready (selected the day before from a variety of choices) along with fruit, coffee/ tea/juice. The selections were both Vietnamese and western style. We had eggs, noodles, soup and ban mi and all were good.

Nhung Tran and her team were absolutely amazing from our initial check in to our final check out. Extremely friendly, courteous, helpful, and professional. We truly felt like they cared individually about us; our experience in their beautiful hotel; our enjoyment of their country, its history, culture, and food. I enjoyed their breakfast and thought it was quite good. The location was perfect for us. It was quiet and close enough to everything we wanted to do. It was about a 1 minute walk to the beach, about a 10 minute walk to the heart of An Bang, and a $2-3USD Grab ride to old town Hoi An. They have bicycles you can use for free if you prefer to ride a bike instead of walk. I forgot my jacket at the hotel and before I could figure out a ride back to Hoi An, Nhung Tran had it packaged up and set to go up to our hotel in Da Nang in the morning. There were a couple families staying with small children. After watching how the whole team interacted with the families and children I would absolutely recommend Ka Villa for families with children too. I honestly cannot say enough positive about Nhung Tran, her team, and the wonderful KA Villa. I’m truly looking forward to my next stay.

The breakfast delicous with fresh fruits, banana pancakes and really good eggs. We also liked the location. It is very quiet in the streets which is different from the rest of Hoi An, it's more peaceful. Multiple nice cafés and restaurants, bars and beach clubs nearby and the beach is a 1 min walk. Ideal with young kids but also w/o kids. And they have bycicles if you want to go into old town or just a short taxi ride. Oh and we also haf a great massage, twice. We would be happy to come back here and can highly recommend!! More

  We loved our stay at KA Villa! The staff were incredible - so helpful and kind! They really went out of their way to help us book tours and buy... read more tickets for shows, and even bought something we needed at a pharmacy. The hotel was quiet, the room was large, and there was a lovely outdoor courtyard with beautiful trees and plants. We walked to the beach and took Grab cars to and from the old city. I highly recommend it!

All staff are amazing! They were really kind and helpful in transfers trips and helping with our next accommodation.
Rooms are very spacious with safety deposit box,toiletries, hot shower, air con, good WiFi and large bed some have balcony.
The main tourist area is 5km away, however you can take a free bike or use Grab app for a taxi. Aprox £1.80 each way.
We loved every minute!
We had a fab tour of the market and cooking class along with ‘coconut boats’, organised by the hotel.
Nhung, helped us contact our next accommodation, for which we are very grateful.
Great value for money too!

  We stayed in KA Villa Hot Ann in a tremendous two-storey family room. It felt like staying with a family. The hotel is very close to an amazing beach... read more and great restaurants. We were served a great breakfast in the morning, we got the best advice about local restaurants and activities. Their spa was the best on our trip. The manicure and pedicure were very expertly done. A very welcoming and knowledgeable owner lives upstairs, and keeps a close eye on everything. Staff also spoke very good English.

A hidden gem away from the tourist hub of old town ( 70 - 80,000VND Grab ride). Highly recommended.

  KA Villa Hoi An is in a class of its own. The 3 star rating doesn’t do them justice in any way. In many aspects they exceed even 5 star... read more hotels for their hospitality, service and personable approach. If there is anything to go by it should be the ratings on TripAdvisor or Booking.com.

It starts even before you arrive. You will get an email asking you if there are any special circumstances or wishes you want them to prepare for. This ranging from an airport pick up to recommendations for tours, restaurants, etc. Their hospitality is unmatched. They show genuine care and warm feelings towards their guests throughout your stay. Nothing seems to be too much for the staff to make your stay a memorable one.

As far as facilities go: everything you might require is available. A high class massage, a swimming pool, a lounge with luxurious leather chairs and a koi pond and much more.

Laundry service is available and is included in the price for the room.

The beach, with sunbeds free of charge and a full service for drinks and food, is only a 3 minute walk.

The hotel only serves a great breakfast, both Western and Asian dishes. Breakfast is served in the small courtyard. The furnishings give it a bit of a Parisian vibe.

For lunch and dinner there are plenty of small local restaurants nearby. Also don’t forget to ask them for recommendations on restaurants in and around Hoi An. Just tell them what kind of food you are interested in. They arranged for me a dinner at a local seafood restaurant where typically only the locals would go. It was outstanding, but I was the only Westerner there that evening.

KA Villa Hoi An is the place to stay when visiting the Hoi An area. Old Town a 10 minute taxi ride away, As far as transportation is concerned: there are almost always some electric taxis waiting outside. They will take you to Hoi An Old Town for less than US$ 4,- one-way.

This is the place to stay. I am sure you won’t regret it.
