Early check-in policy:
The standard check-in time is 2.00 p.m. (14:00), which allows our staff time to make up your room following the departure of previous guests by noon that day.
The availability of early check-in depends on whether the previous guest vacated your room in time for our staff to make up the room earlier than usual.
If we can offer early check-in for your room on the day, we are more than happy to provide you with that service free of surcharge.
If you arrive before the standard check-in time and need to wait until your room is available at the standard time, we can store your luggage on-site and provide you with complimentary access to KA Villa Hoi An public areas (such as our relaxing lounge, swimming pool, and bathroom).
