The bed was very comfortable, which made it easy to fully relax after long days out. We also had a massage at the hotel, and it was absolutely fantastic — one of the highlights of our stay.

Overall a very comfortable stay in the family room which was large and spacious. Bicycle riding around the hotel was fun and it was a shirt walk to the beach. Will be back someday.

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Very helpful with suggestions of where to dine, ordering taxi's, free laundry.

It was my birthday during our visit (which they saw from my passport info) and had flowers and wine upon arrival along with a warm hug!

I had a massage and facial here which was outstanding. It was done on property in a private spa room.

Each morning breakfast was ready (selected the day before from a variety of choices) along with fruit, coffee/ tea/juice. The selections were both Vietnamese and western style. We had eggs, noodles, soup and ban mi and all were good.

Nhung Tran and her team were absolutely amazing from our initial check in to our final check out. Extremely friendly, courteous, helpful, and professional. We truly felt like they cared individually about us; our experience in their beautiful hotel; our enjoyment of their country, its history, culture, and food. I enjoyed their breakfast and thought it was quite good. The location was perfect for us. It was quiet and close enough to everything we wanted to do. It was about a 1 minute walk to the beach, about a 10 minute walk to the heart of An Bang, and a $2-3USD Grab ride to old town Hoi An. They have bicycles you can use for free if you prefer to ride a bike instead of walk. I forgot my jacket at the hotel and before I could figure out a ride back to Hoi An, Nhung Tran had it packaged up and set to go up to our hotel in Da Nang in the morning. There were a couple families staying with small children. After watching how the whole team interacted with the families and children I would absolutely recommend Ka Villa for families with children too. I honestly cannot say enough positive about Nhung Tran, her team, and the wonderful KA Villa. I’m truly looking forward to my next stay.

The hotel was quiet, the room was large, and there was a lovely outdoor courtyard with beautiful trees and plants. We walked to the beach and took Grab cars to and from the old city.
